Please feel free to email us and we will assist you. You can order via the website or you can email us the order.
Placing the order
You can either make use of our online shopping cart where you pick the items you would like to purchase. An automated email is sent to us with your order and a copy of the invoice will also be sent to the email address you have provided us with. If you are unsure about sizing and pricing email us by using dogzinstyle@gmail.com and we will quote/invoice you.
Please note we try our very best to keep as much stock as we can of all our products, detail items like flowers buttons and decorations may vary in colour or size. We do try and keep as close as possible to the original.
Please note maufacture on custom garments/beds will take longer. Payments can be made via EFT / Direct deposit or you can pay on collection at our showroom.
Please note Cheque deposits must clear in our account 1st before we can ship, enquiry with your bank on the lead time.
Any order will only be shipped once payment has reflected in our account. Custom orders will only be manufactured once payment has been confirmed. Please use your reference number as reference when paying via EFT.
Shipping is a flat rate of R55 regardless of weight or size of the order! anywhere is South Africa
Your order will be sent within 3-4 days of receipt of payment. Please note you will be notified when you place your order. Or enquire with us before you place your order how long it will take and we will quote you!
You can also collect your order from our showroom in Brackenfell, Cape Town.
Post office collections - If you provide us with a physical address when using the post office it will go to the nearest post office to the address that you have provided us. Currently we only offer post office service.
Festive season please ensure that you place your order in advance, we will work and ship until the last minute. But our couriers and post offices have a cut off time and do not deliver on public holidays. If the parcel is sent over a public holiday it will delayed.

All parcels can be tracked online at www.parceltrack.co.za.
If the parcel is not collected it will be sent back to us. We have to pay a uncollected charge of R35-00. If the the parcel is re-sent customer will be liable for the new postage fee and return fee to resend. Please note post office do not deliver to door, you have to collect the order at the post office.
Please note! You can bring your pet to our showroom to be measured/to fit the garments if you are unsure about the sizing! Our size charts are guidline to help choose the right size to fit your pet.
It is not the measurement of the garment. Please allow 1-2cm when you measure your pet.
